AYGHOST provides users the options
of “local mode” and “network mode”.
Local mode allows you to: |

Backup a partition to an image file
on the local drive(s). |

Backup a drive to an image file to another local
drive. (At lease 2 physical drives are required) |

Clone a disk to another disk. (At lease 2 physical
drives are required) |
| |

Restore a partition from an image on local drive(s) |
| |
 |
Restore a drive from an image on another local
drive. (At lease 2 physical drives are required) |
| |
Network mode allows you to: |

 |
Backup a partition to an image file on a network
share. |
| |
 |
Backup a drive to an image file on a network share. |
| |
 |
Restore a partition from an image on a network
share. |
| |
 |
Restore a drive from an image on a network share. |
| |
 |
Multicast a source system to others on the network. |
| |
To start AYGHOST in local
mode |
| |
 |
Change the computer’s BIOS boot sequence
to boot from CD first. |
| |
 |
Insert the AYGHOST bootable CD, created in the
above steps, into the computer’s CD tray and
then start up the computer. AYGHOST will launch
automatically. |

Select Start AYGHOST without Network Drivers
option from the startup menu. |
| |
To start AYGHOST in network
mode |
| |
 |
Change the computer’s BIOS boot sequence
to boot from CD first. |
| |
 |
Insert the AYGHOST bootable CD, created in the
above steps,
into the computer’s CD tray and then start
up the computer. AYGHOST
will launch automatically. |

Select Start AYGHOST with Network Drivers option
from the
startup menu. |
| |
 |
You will see a list of network drivers included
in AYGHOST,
select the network driver that matches your computer.

computer’s network driver is not included
in the list, please contact
Anyue Technology support, we can help you to include
your driver
in there. |
