| Create New Users |

| Enable Access Control only actives AyRecovery default administrator account.
The administrator account has access rights to all the program features.
You might just want a user to have access to certain part of the program.
AyRecovery provides you a flexible user access feature. You can create new
users and customize their rights accordingly. |
| 1.Right click the AyRecovery icon in the system tray Select "Application
Console" from the popup menu. You will need a user name and password
to access the Application Console if the program access control isenabled.

2. In the Application Console, under the General Settings menu, click
on "User settings" link. The right-hand panel will display the
Access Control configuration windows. Click on "Add" to create
a new account .

3. On the Add new user window, type in the information for the new user.
You can grant access rights to the new user. Click on "Add" to
create the new user. The new user will be listed in the Access Control window.
As the new user logs into the Application Console. He will only have access
rights to the features he was granted. He will notice some of the features
are disabled for him

| Remove users' "delete snapshots" right
will also deny them from locking or unlocking snapshots. |
