1. Right click the AyRecovery icon in the system tray. Select "Application Console" from the popup menu. You will need a user name and password to log into Application Console if the access control is enabled.

 2.In the Application Console, under the General Settings task bar, click on "Program settings". The right-hand panel will display the program settings options, click on the "Program Appearance" tab to configure the program appearance. There you can select to:

1. Do not show program icon in the system tray

2. Do not show subsystem logo during startup

3. Do not show user name in logon screen

4. Do not show popup message when taking scheduled snapshot

5. Do not allow user to cancel scheduled tasks
